# A note about Ads

👋 some of you that frequent this forum might have noticed Ads like this:

Let me assure you that they don’t generate any income. They strictly display fallback ads which help promote things like the Sustain Podcast, Drupal Association (@rachel_norfolk just ran one).

If there is something you would like to promote on `discourse.sustainoss.org` e.g. your working group or open source project let me know and I’ll get it up and running for you.

Let’s try the global banner first. I’m thinking on Wednesday I shut off the current podcast (episode 36) and see how it performs. Thoughts?
