I’ve created a list of open source project monetization solutions to boost OSS sustainability and help developers find income for their work: [https://monetizeyourcode.com/](https://monetizeyourcode.com/)

This is intended to be a collaborative effort, so if you’d like to contribute or explore additional resources, we’ll send you the master spreadsheet.

Thoughts, feedback or suggestions for improvement are much appreciated.

Hi @williamzmorgan,

Thanks for putting together that list and adding a nice user interface to it.

I haven’t checked in detail, but maybe there are some additional sources in this Awesome List: [https://github.com/sustainers/awesome-oss-funding](https://github.com/sustainers/awesome-oss-funding) (feel free to contribute back to the list if you know of funding sources not already listed there).

Your website has a link to Twitter. Are there other ways to contribute to the list? Maybe a link to a GitHub repo or so?

Best,
Georg

Congrats, this looks great and thanks for putting it together 💚

Is there a way to propose additions to this list. I can seem, for instance, that the digital infrastructure fund from Ford and Sloan isn’t listed. And while it’s a more formal process it’s similar in spirit to the OTF which is listed [https://www.fordfoundation.org/ideas/equals-change-blog/posts/announcing-13m-in-funding-for-digital-infrastructure-research/](https://www.fordfoundation.org/ideas/equals-change-blog/posts/announcing-13m-in-funding-for-digital-infrastructure-research/)

In short: ++ to @GeorgLink’s comment. Is there a repo I can PR to?

There is a shared spreadsheet that contains many resources for the different solutions but also articles, video, etc… about open-source funding directly when you signup on the website.

I see now. I had ignored that box because it asked for my email address 🙂

I am _very_ interested in this topic myself. I have started an alternative to the Awesome project on Github, called [delightful project](https://codeberg.org/teaserbot-labs/delightful). It collect curated lists that are exclusively FOSS, Open Data and Open Science related. Like for Awesome, anyone can create and maintain their own affiliate-list (either at Codeberg or elsewhere).

There are 2 lists relevant to this topic:

> **[delightful-funding](https://codeberg.org/teaserbot-labs/delightful-funding)**
>
> A curated list of of funding-related resources for FOSS, Open Data, Open Science projects and sustainable businesses.

(See also: [#1 - Candidates for list inclusion - delightful-funding - Codeberg.org](https://codeberg.org/teaserbot-labs/delightful-funding/issues/1))

> **[delightful-sustainable-business](https://codeberg.org/teaserbot-labs/delightful-sustainable-business/)**
>
> A curated list of sustainable business resources and exemplars.

**Note** : MonetizeYourCode links to a Google Sheet. So I haven’t checked it yet (I no longer use a Google account even). Check: [SustainOSS and the FOSS tools that are used](https://discourse.sustainoss.org/t/sustainoss-and-the-foss-tools-that-are-used/600)

Just came across this list and figured id mention [GitHub - protontypes/LibreSelery: Continuous distribution of funding to your project contributors and dependencies. Integrated into GitHub Actions](https://github.com/protontypes/libreselery), which I discovered through the sustainoss podcast [episode 63](https://podcast.sustainoss.org/63).
