More privileges for new users (e.g. # of URLs per post)

Hi! I was writing a new reply to a thread, but I was blocked from doing so because I am a new user and new users are limited to two URLs per post. Could this limit be lifted to something more moderate, perhaps 5-10?

I think that anybody who received at least two replies from existing members is no a new user anymore. Maybe that’s the rule that could be added.
