From another list, but highly relevant to this group, check out this survey: https://forms.gle/BaVv8hhUquHsidLn6

Hello Apereo and Higher Ed. Communities,

[Apologies for the cross-posts]

The Apereo Foundation, in collaboration with non-profit open source software organizations, professional associations serving higher education, and corporate leaders in educational technology, is developing the Open Source Software in Higher Education (OSSHE) Community Report. This report aims to gather and share valuable insights, perceptions, and trends around the use of open source software in academic and research institutions.

As part of this report, we invite you to participate in the below survey. Your perspectives as a campus leader and influencer are crucial for understanding how enterprise open source software is currently perceived and utilized across institutions and identifying key trends that could impact the broader educational community.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey using the following link: Open Source Software in Higher Education Survey

The survey’s preliminary results will be introduced at the upcoming Educause Annual Conference, October 21–24, for discussion. We will also formally launch the survey during the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference, inviting the broader, global higher education community to contribute.

We greatly value your input and look forward to your participation. Also, please share the survey with your colleagues to encourage greater participation.

Best regards, Patrick
