I am very interested in this topic myself. I have started an alternative to the Awesome project on Github, called delightful project. It collect curated lists that are exclusively FOSS, Open Data and Open Science related. Like for Awesome, anyone can create and maintain their own affiliate-list (either at Codeberg or elsewhere).
