Here’s a summary of our meeting on February 2nd, 2024.
During this call, we spent some time curating the outline for the DEI resource handbook we have been discussing on(Feel free to drop your thoughts). Here are the key takeaways:

CHAOSS launches DEI project badging: The CHAOSS community has announced the launch of the DEI Project badging, an initiative to developed to recognize open source projects that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work within their respective communities.

DEI resources handbook: The DEI resources we curated have been uploaded and are now live. However, we hope to make this a more detailed Open Source DEI resource handbook.
- We have drafted a **Table of Contents ** to help us achieve this.
Action Items:
- List any topics you feel should exist in a DEI handbook in this OpenDev Etherpad
- For the next couple of weeks, go through OpenDev Etherpad and choose the sections you are most knowledgeable about and comfortable writing up on. Write as much as you can on these sections in Markdown format.
- Submit them as PRs to GitHub - sustainers/dei-handbook
